ACAS
The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) is an independent and impartial non-departmental public body
who provide employment advice for employers and employees through its website and helpline.
Whilst their guidance is not law itself, it has produced the ACAS Code of Practice which all employers should adhere to; and which they will be benchmarked by an Employment Tribunal.
